Experienced Finance Leader Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned financial operations professional to oversee the entire accounting and finance function, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance with extensive leadership and financial control experience.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead the accounts and finance teams across all group companies.
- Ensure proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, and productivity monitoring.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training or restructuring to optimize team performance.
- Oversee all end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and statutory compliance.
- Manage the closing of books and ensure timely finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, and audits.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze workflows and financial data to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking mechanisms to ensure complete financial and operational visibility.
- Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective action plans and process improvements.
- Evaluate and enhance existing accounting and finance processes by introducing new systems or automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Standardize financial procedures, reporting formats, and policies across all companies under the family office umbrella.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, external auditors, and other key stakeholders on financial matters.
- Prepare and present periodic financial insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to the family/promoter.
