Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

The role reports to the Business Manager and is responsible for business expansion and franchise development of schools.

The candidate requires excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to a potential Business Partner.

  • Identify potential business partners for expansion of Pre-School.
  • Conduct city profiling for opening up new Kidzee Pre-School.
  • Implement lead generation initiatives through marketing activities.
  • Present business opportunities to potential partners.
  • Evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as a Business Partner.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies for acquisition.
  • Manage revenue, profitability targets, product development, and launch in the region.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Business Partners.
  • Build the brand in target markets and inspect centers.
  • Maintain academic standards and quality delivery.
  • Monitor market intelligence within the industry.
  • Correct tiering issues and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to legal norms and procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on acquisitions.

Qualification & Requisite:

A Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) or Graduate (BBA / BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales.
