As a key player in revenue growth and franchise development, you will drive sales expansion by building and managing a network of strategic partners. This role involves optimizing existing partner performance, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging strong relationship-building skills within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partner Development:
  • Identify prospective partners
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Sales Growth:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through both direct sales and partner channels
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed
  • Partner Management:
  • Onboard new partners with detailed product training and compliance guidelines
  • Provide ongoing support—regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching—to ensure targets are met
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Gather competitor data, track market developments, and provide insights to the regional sales head
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities
  • Reporting & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and partner performance reports
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, medical affairs) to ensure seamless execution

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field, along with 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
