We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Pharmaceutical Territory Manager to drive sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for understanding market trends and competition status by gathering information from stockists and chemists and relaying this data to the Sales Business Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
  • You will conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audit on doctors in the assigned area to identify potential high-prescribers and provide the final list of doctors likely to prescribe large quantities to the Sales Business Manager or Regional Sales Manager for sales forecasting purposes.
  • You will attend relevant training programs and stay updated on product literature.
  • You will obtain sales targets and promotion details from the Sales Business Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
  • You will utilize the allocated budget to plan launch activities for different doctors, camps, or Continuing Medical Education sessions in the assigned area.
  • You will conduct regular sales pitches and presentations with doctors to promote products.
  • You will submit reimbursement bills to the Sales Business Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
  • You will implement marketing plans provided by the Product Manager.
  • You will gather Point of Business details from chemists and coordinate with stockists to ensure product delivery.
  • You will monitor and track sales of new products with chemists to achieve sales targets.
  • You will collect queries from doctors regarding both new and existing products.
  • You will enter queries into the system for review by the team.
  • You will utilize email responses from the team to address doctors' queries and increase prescriptions per doctor.
  • You will maintain regular interactions with doctors to understand their prescription trends.
  • You will communicate prescription trend data to the Sales Business Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
  • You will keep track of specific customer needs and provide feedback to the Area Sales Manager, Sales Business Manager, or Regional Sales Manager.
  • You will prepare lists of doctors for all Continuing Medical Education events and submit them to the Sales Business Manager or Regional Sales Manager to foster strong relationships and loyalty among doctors.
  • You will maintain and update data on doctor lists, route maps, retailers, and other supply chain contacts in the internal database.
  • You will ensure accurate management of sales activities to optimize sales volume and effectiveness.
