Job Description:

The Head of Retail Operations will lead the retail business, driving performance, profitability, and growth. Responsibilities include leading franchise operations, identifying new store locations, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high-performing retail team.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Franchise & Store Expansion
    • Identify potential properties/locations for new stores
    • Manage franchise operations and negotiate property lease agreements
  • Retail Operations Management
    • Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores
    • Implement operational policies and monitor store performance
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage regional/store managers and retail teams
    • Foster a customer-centric culture across retail outlets
  • Market Analysis & Strategy
    • Conduct market research and develop retail expansion strategies
    • Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative solutions
  • Financial & Performance Management
    • Drive revenue growth and cost optimization
    • Prepare and present business performance reports

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in franchise management and property acquisition
  • Proven ability in team handling, business expansion, and operational excellence

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in franchise and company-owned retail models
  • Strong understanding of retail market trends and customer behavior
