Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Jewellery) located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include market research, development of sales strategies, negotiation of contracts, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development and Sales, particularly in the jewellery industry
  • 5+ years experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning abilities
  • Client Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
