Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Management: Effectively manage different types of channel partners to ensure meeting of top-line and bottom-line targets.
  • Customer Acquisition: Acquire customers by selling SEG loans towards meeting top-line targets.
  • Disbursal: Timely disbursement of loans to customers with proper documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to meet customer service standards.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to evolve competitive business strategy.
  • Portfolio Quality and Profitability: Maintain quality of portfolio to minimize NPAs and ensure profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
