About Customer Service Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a customer service position dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our clients.

Job Summary:

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and requirements to clients.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex queries to internal departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Offer consultation and guidance on visa application processes and travel management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of visa application procedures and regulations is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
