Senior Global Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of benefits modules for large global organizations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful solutions that meet clients' global benefits needs.

  • Design and implement global benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Configure and optimize SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules to ensure seamless data flow and compliance
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits
  • Train users to drive adoption and system efficiency

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
