We are seeking a seasoned Director - Wealth to lead our wealth management division, driving the development and expansion of our global investment solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and investment advisory, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of relationship professionals.

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute a comprehensive wealth management strategy that aligns with our company's global investment vision.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with channel partners to bring global investing products to clients via their relationship managers and advisors.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, providing knowledge and logistics for global diversification of their wealth and investments.
  • Oversee Client Portfolios: Manage client portfolios, present global asset classes that clients may find interesting, and help them make and manage investments in identified products.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Continuously monitor global market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities to discover and curate unique global products that suit our HNI clientele.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in global investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
