Position: Assistant Treasury Manager

Assist the treasury head in managing treasury operations for global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management:
    • Assist in cash flow management, banking operations, and forex risk mitigation.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Manage relationships with financial institutions, bankers, and wealth advisors.
  • Internal Processes:
    • Enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and set up/update policies, controls, and procedures.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and monitor company cash forecasts and cash flows, manage day-to-day banking, and daily/monthly cash flow reporting.
  • Risk Management:
    • Coordinate with wealth management teams to maximize returns on investments, minimize currency risk, and secure hedges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Treasury Knowledge:
    • Understanding and hands-on experience in cash flow management, financial instruments, risk management, and liquidity.
  • Financial Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of banking setup, financial markets, treasury risks, and debt instruments.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Banking/insurance relationships, client relationship management, and customer service skills.
