  • Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
  • Coach and guide team members to enhance their sales skills and grow the business.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
  2. Lead and manage sales teams to achieve targets and objectives.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  4. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in leading a sales team or business unit.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
