Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales and business development for our Haridwar clinic. This role involves driving business expansion, leading the sales team, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to meet growth objectives.
- Handle end-to-end client acquisition, lead generation, and deal closure.
- Build strategic partnerships with doctors, corporates, and local institutions.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of expansion.
- Prepare regular business performance reports and share insights with management.
- Represent QHT Clinic in local events, networking opportunities, and business forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of proven experience in business development/sales, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-handling abilities.
- High negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability.
Compensation:
Attractive salary with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
