We've evolved from founder-led sales to a lean, high-performing team and are now hiring a Business Development Representative Lead to scale our top-of-funnel efforts.
The successful candidate will own our outbound cold-calling motion, leading a team of 10 BDRs focused on pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue targets and drive numbers above expectations.
- Lead a team of outbound BDRs — coach, support, and help them achieve their goals.
- Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls & continuously refine our prospecting playbook.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and use insights to optimize operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.
- Hands-on with outbound prospecting — you know your way around cold calls, emails, and messages.
- Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, and always looking for ways to streamline processes.
- Data-driven — you like tracking what's working and adjusting quickly when things aren't.
