Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Customer 360 Developer to design, implement, and support Customer 360 solutions within Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

  • Design, configure, and implement customer-facing interfaces.
  • Build and customize pages, business entities, field groups, hierarchies, and workflows in IDMC.
  • Configure and execute data validation rules to standardize and cleanse customer data.
  • Develop and maintain orchestration processes to support C360 integrations.

We require strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, real-time integrations, and secure access implementation.

Requirements

Experience: 6-8 years with Informatica tools.

Data Quality: Strong knowledge of data validation rule configuration and data stewardship processes.

Cloud Application Integration: Experience with orchestrating workflows for efficient integration.

Match & Merge Rules: Proficiency in configuring match & merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
