We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Lead to contribute to the development of cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions.

Job Description

The Product Innovation Lead will be responsible for identifying customer needs and developing productized solutions that drive business growth and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research through customer interviews to understand business problems and user pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine solutions that can be productized, resulting in timely delivery of features.
  • Develop detailed use cases, product requirement documents, and agile user stories to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B product management, preferably with exposure to Conversational AI products.
  • Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working closely with software and design teams to drive innovation.
  • Customer Engagement: Proven ability to work directly with business-facing teams/customers to deliver results.
  • Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities and focus on maximizing customer experience.
