We are hiring a Lead Product Designer Innovation & Strategy to drive the creation of forward-thinking, user-centered product experiences. In this role, you will explore new concepts, challenge assumptions, and design solutions that redefine how consumers engage with products. Your focus will be on blending design innovation with business strategy, ensuring that every idea is both visionary and feasible.

Working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business leaders, youll lead the end-to-end design process from concept exploration and prototyping to launch and iteration. Youll set the tone for design excellence while ensuring every initiative is grounded in user insights and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead innovative design projects from early concept through to delivery.
- Identify and explore new opportunities for product differentiation and market impact.
- Translate business strategy and user needs into actionable design concepts.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate and evaluate ideas.
- Create prototypes and conduct user testing to validate innovative solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure design vision is aligned with technical and business realities.
- Mentor and guide designers to embrace a culture of innovation and critical thinking.

What You Bring

- 57 years of B2C product design experience with a focus on innovation and product strategy.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creative, strategic, and user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with experience in concept exploration and rapid iteration.
- Strong understanding of design thinking, usability principles, and market trends.
- Ability to present and communicate design ideas to diverse audiences, from executives to engineers.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambiguous problem spaces.
