Job Title: Product Innovation Lead

 

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Product Innovation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a visionary AI/ML product strategy for Revenue Cycle Management solutions.

 

  • Drive automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows in claims processing, denial management, and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver robust, user-centric features.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep us at the forefront.
  • Engage with end users to solve real-world challenges and improve operational outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI/ML.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models, NLP, and automation in enterprise or healthcare software.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with revenue cycle management or healthcare workflows is a plus, but a passion for AI innovation is essential.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI).
  • Experience with BI/analytics platforms and payer-provider dynamics.
