Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone eager to grow in product management and gain valuable hands-on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product discovery, crafting solutions that align with user expectations and business objectives, and owning the entire product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to ensure the product aligns with their expectations and delivers meaningful value.
  • Lead comprehensive problem discovery processes to identify user pain points, needs, and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, design, and validate innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to validate ideas through prototypes, user testing, and A/B experiments.
  • Develop detailed product specifications and write comprehensive user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, design (UX/UI), and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end product development process, from concept and design to development, testing, launch, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-13 years of career experience with at least 8 years of product management (PO/PM) experience in technology products.
  • Strong product sense with an ability to articulate problems and envision solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technology and software development processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Inquisitive mindset with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle complex situations, conversations, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, partner, and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate directly and clearly.
