Job Responsibilities:
  • Define Product Vision and Objectives: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, industry landscape, and regulatory environment to define product vision and objectives.
  • Lead Product and Engineering Teams: Build, lead, and nurture product and engineering teams to support delivery of your product and vision.
  • Create Product Requirements: Define problem space to come up with product requirements and value proposition.
  • Prioritize Backlog: Create and maintain a prioritized backlog based on customer research, analysis, and data-driven evidence.
  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Build a go-to-market strategy and product collateral for business development teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience in Product Management: Proven experience as a product manager in a fast-paced software development environment with continuous delivery using modern technology.
  • Empathy and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate empathy towards clients to identify most important problems to be solved, and possess strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Curiosity and Problem-Solving Skills: Curiosity and ability to think outside the box, while applying a rigorous, data-led disciplined approach to product management and innovation.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understand REST API framework and technical specification, and have the ability to take a SaaS B2B product to market and establish a culture to support ongoing business and growth.
