Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to drive the creation of innovative design solutions that set new industry standards, developing and implementing design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Effective Execution: Guide the design team through every stage of the design process, ensuring alignment with strategic vision and technical feasibility.
  • Communicate Complex Ideas: Present ideas and strategies to team members and stakeholders, articulating complex concepts clearly and effectively communicating.
  • Foster Experimentation: Encourage the team to explore new ideas and innovative approaches while balancing creativity with practical implementation, fostering a culture of experimentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Collaborative Professional: Proven ability to work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers, translating product requirements into functional, user-friendly designs.
  • Systematic Thinker: Skilled in developing and refining scalable design systems that ensure consistency across all products, systematic thinker.
  • Accessibility Advocate: Passionate about embedding accessibility and inclusive design principles into products, ensuring they are usable by the broadest audience possible.
  • User-Centric Expert: Consistently prioritizing user needs throughout the product development cycle.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end product design with a robust portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions.
  • Expertise in UX and Visual Design, with strong proficiency in delivering high-quality designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or equivalent practical experience.
