Job Title: Senior Product Director

We are seeking an accomplished senior product director to spearhead our product development initiatives.

  • 8+ years of work experience in a leadership role
  • At least 6+ years experience in product management in a tech-driven organization (consumer internet experience preferred)

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic thinking skills based on first principles, a solid understanding of technology trends, and familiarity with product management best practices such as A/B experimentation.

As a Senior Product Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a direct reporting team of product managers, driving product vision, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Lead Product Development: Develop and execute product strategies that enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Manage Product Teams: Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.

Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of Experience: In product management, preferably in a tech-driven company.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving Skills: Based on first principles thinking.
