Project Manager Position

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects to successful delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitating and documenting project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • Experience working with agile software development teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
