About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Destm Technologies. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales processes, identifying new opportunities, and developing relationships with existing clients and partners.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate the company's technology and product portfolio effectively.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Managing sales processes from lead generation to close;
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
  3. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners;
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies;
  5. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development;
  • A strong understanding of the US market and its dynamics;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
