About the Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading new client acquisition and driving significant business growth in southern & western India, especially Bangalore region.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:Aggressively identify and target potential B2B clients across various sectors in southern & western India, especially Bangalore. Clients should be either Industrial, Corporate or Enterprise clients.
Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire high-value clients.
Client Acquisition:Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
Revenue Growth:Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
Payment Collection:Actively follow up and ensure timely and complete payment collection from all acquired clients.
Market Intelligence:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.
Reporting:Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular, accurate reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Total 12 - 18 years of B2B Industrial/Corporate/Enterprise Sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven successful B2B sales experience in Bangalore. Must have managed at least two zones.
- A strong track record of new client acquisition is essential. Experience in key account management (KAM) is NOT required.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve targets.
- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the sales process.
- The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner.
