Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team.

  • This is a senior role that requires extensive experience in designing and developing scalable applications using Java and Azure cloud services.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience integrating various Azure components securely and efficiently, as well as collaborating with DevOps and CI/CD teams for streamlined deployments.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Develop Cloud-Native Apps: Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Azure cloud services.
  2. Integrate Azure Components: Integrate various Azure components securely and efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with DevOps and CI/CD teams for streamlined deployments.
  4. Contribute to Architecture: Contribute to design architecture and documentation.
  5. Communicate Effectively: Communicate proactively with teams in different regions to ensure delivery excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • Java Enterprise Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java enterprise application development.
  • Azure Expertise: Strong experience designing and developing cloud-native apps on Azure.
  • Azure Services: Proficient in Azure services: Azure Functions, SQL PaaS, SignalR, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.
  • CI/CD Knowledge: Solid understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools like Maven.
  • Performance and Security: Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, with focus on performance, security, and error handling.
  • Access Control: Able to integrate with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and implement role-based access control.
  • Spring / Spring Boot: Familiar with Spring / Spring Boot (nice to have).
  • System Design: Capable of creating system design docs (high/low-level), workflow diagrams, and participating in design reviews.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
