Java Technical Architect

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Java Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java, Microservices, Cloud, and System Architecture, with proven experience in external integrations, performance optimization, and enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires strong leadership in defining technology standards, driving best practices, and guiding teams in delivering robust Responsibilities : & Design : - Define and design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures using Java, Spring, and Microservices.- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams.- Drive system integrations, external API integrations, and mobile app backend Leadership : - Act as the solution architect for enterprise-level projects.- Lead technical evaluations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and integration strategies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, DevOps, QA, security, & Cloud Expertise : - Design, develop, and optimize REST APIs and microservices-based applications.- Lead deployment strategies on AWS/Azure with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery & DevOps : - Define and manage CI/CD pipelines with tools like Git, Jenkins, or equivalent.- Ensure continuous testing, automated deployment, and monitoring.- Guide teams in containerization (Docker, & Compliance : - Implement information security best practices and compliance frameworks.- Ensure secure coding practices, data protection, and regulatory compliance.- Conduct security reviews and lead remediation & Optimization : - Lead performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting for enterprise applications.- Optimize system throughput, response time, and overall Skills & Technologies : Core Skills : Java, Spring, Microservices, REST APIs, Messaging : Kafka Cloud : AWS / Azure (deployment, scaling, DevOps : CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Version Control : Git- Security : Application Security, Compliance Standards, Secure to Have : - Mobile application backend integration experience.- Expertise in system performance tuning & optimization.- Experience in large-scale enterprise system Experience & Qualifications : - 12+ years of industry experience in Java-based enterprise application development.- 4+ years as a Java Microservices Architect / Solution Architect.- Strong understanding of system design principles, design patterns, and best practices.- Proven expertise in external integrations, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise-grade systems.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
