Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java, Microservices, Cloud, and System Architecture, with proven experience in external integrations, performance optimization, and enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires strong leadership in defining technology standards, driving best practices, and guiding teams in delivering robust Responsibilities : & Design :

- Define and design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures using Java, Spring, and Microservices.

- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams.

- Drive system integrations, external API integrations, and mobile app backend Leadership :

- Act as the solution architect for enterprise-level projects.

- Lead technical evaluations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and integration strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, DevOps, QA, security, & Cloud Expertise :

- Design, develop, and optimize REST APIs and microservices-based applications.

- Lead deployment strategies on AWS/Azure with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.

- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery & DevOps :

- Define and manage CI/CD pipelines with tools like Git, Jenkins, or equivalent.

- Ensure continuous testing, automated deployment, and monitoring.

- Guide teams in containerization (Docker, & Compliance :

- Implement information security best practices and compliance frameworks.

- Ensure secure coding practices, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

- Conduct security reviews and lead remediation & Optimization :

- Lead performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting for enterprise applications.

- Optimize system throughput, response time, and overall Skills & Technologies : Core Skills : Java, Spring, Microservices, REST APIs, Messaging : Kafka Cloud : AWS / Azure (deployment, scaling, DevOps : CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Version Control : Git


- Security : Application Security, Compliance Standards, Secure to Have :

- Mobile application backend integration experience.

- Expertise in system performance tuning & optimization.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise system Experience & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of industry experience in Java-based enterprise application development.

- 4+ years as a Java Microservices Architect / Solution Architect.

- Strong understanding of system design principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Proven expertise in external integrations, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise-grade systems.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
