Key Requirements

  • Total Experience:
    Minimum 12 years in IT with strong Java/J2EE background.
  • Architect Experience:
    At least 2 years of proven experience as an
    Architect
    .
  • Domain Experience:
    Minimum 2 years in
    BFSI
    domain.
  • Cloud Experience:
    Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in
    any one or more
    of the following:
  • OpenShift
  • PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry)
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Oracle Cloud
  • Core Technical Skills:
  • API Development & Integration
  • Streams Technology
  • Microservices Architecture
  • Strong understanding of
    design patterns
    ,
    scalable architecture
    , and
    system integration
    .
  • Experience in
    application modernization
    ,
    migration to cloud
    , and
    DevOps practices
    is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the
    architecture blueprint
    for enterprise-grade Java applications.
  • Lead the design and development of
    scalable, secure, and high-performance
    systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align
    technical solutions
    with
    business needs
    .
  • Provide
    technical guidance
    to development teams in implementing best practices.
  • Ensure architecture compliance with
    enterprise standards
    and
    cloud governance policies
    .
  • Evaluate and recommend
    tools, frameworks, and technologies
    to improve efficiency.
  • Drive
    BFSI domain-specific solutions
    ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
