Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Lead/Architect
with strong expertise in
Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot
to design, develop, and lead high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise combined with leadership capabilities to mentor teams and drive solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using
    Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
    .
  • Define architecture standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for development teams.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide development teams on technical challenges and career growth.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.

Technical Skills Required

  • Core Java
    (Java 8+),
    Spring Boot

  • Microservices Architecture
    and distributed systems design
  • RESTful API
    development and integration
  • Hands-on experience with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proficiency in
    Docker, Kubernetes
    for containerization and orchestration
  • Strong experience with
    RDBMS
    (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and
    NoSQL
    databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of
    security best practices
    , authentication, and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)
  • Knowledge of
    messaging systems
    like Kafka, RabbitMQ is a plus
