Job Title : Java Spring Architect

Location : Chennai

Experience : 8+ Years

Must have :

- Spring Boot - Java Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Swagger, Tomcat 8, Maven, Jenkins, SVN, GIT, Postman/Newman, RESTful Services, Containers

Must be Good in following :

- Microservices

- NFR Coverage

- Unit testing

- Monitoring/Tracing

- Cloud

- Streaming / Reactive Programming

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable Java-based architectures and solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.

- Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.

- Lead and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

- Document architectural decisions and system designs.

- Support deployment and integration of new solutions.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Proven experience as a Java Architect or Senior Java Developer.

- Experience in API Gateway and api On-boarding

- Expertise in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).

- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Familiarity with microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerization.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Certification in Java or architecture frameworks is advantageous.
