Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team at Growel Softech Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in Java development, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms such as GCP/AWS.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will lead requirement gathering and design reviews with stakeholders, own backlog items, and coordinate feature development.

You will also conduct technical design/code reviews, develop, prototype, and troubleshoot across UI and service layers, ensuring scalability, code reuse, and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to understand requirements
  • Lead requirement gathering and design reviews with stakeholders
  • Own backlog items and coordinate feature development
  • Conduct technical design/code reviews
  • Develop, prototype, and troubleshoot across UI and service layers
  • Ensure scalability, code reuse, and adherence to best practices
  • Participate in discussions on UX, design, and architecture
  • Demo features to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with QA on test planning, root cause analysis, and defect resolution

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field
