Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java lead with expertise in agile and cloud development to spearhead our team's technological advancements.

  • As a senior Java developer, you will be responsible for guiding junior developers, resolving technical challenges, and fostering best coding practices within Scrum/Kanban teams.
  • You will architect, develop, and optimize scalable applications using Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices-based design principles.
  • Your responsibilities will include building RESTful services, integrating with RDBMS/NoSQL databases, and enhancing functionality using Spring JPA, Hibernate.
  • You will write clean, efficient code, conduct unit testing, debug issues, and adhere to best performance-tuning standards.
  • Developing cloud-native applications using Azure/AWS/GCP, implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab, and optimizing system deployment are also key aspects of this role.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, technical discussions, and delivering high-performance solutions.
  • Maintaining compliance with security standards, integrating best practices for authentication, authorization and network security is crucial.
  • You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, engage in customer-facing discussions, and present technical strategies effectively.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, Hibernate, and cloud-native development.
  • Frontend & Mobile Integration: Experience integrating with React, Angular, Flutter, iOS/Android frameworks.
  • Database & Performance Optimization: Strong knowledge of database design, indexing, normalization, and query optimization.
  • Cloud & DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Security & Authentication: Exposure to Spring Security, OAuth, and API Gateway frameworks.
  • BFSI Domain Expertise (Preferred): Familiarity with financial services, banking applications, and global compliance standards.
