Job Title: Senior Java Developer Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Java Developer Lead with extensive experience in architecting and developing scalable backend and full-stack solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and MVC, as well as hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.

The role requires expertise in designing, developing, and deploying efficient and secure backend systems, integrating with various systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to review design and code, and adhere to best practices.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and mentoring junior developers. Strong communication skills are essential for this position, as the candidate will need to collaborate with stakeholders, communicate project progress, and provide technical guidance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in enterprise product development
  • Hands-on skills in Java (Spring Boot, MVC, JPA, Security) and Python exposure is a plus
  • Experience with microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), messaging queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
  • Cloud experience with AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and libraries
  • Strong understanding of testing, DevOps (CI/CD), and security concepts
