Job Title: Deputy Manager

At the core of our team lies a vital position, that of a Deputy Manager. We seek an accomplished individual with 5-8 years of experience, specifically in roles entailing broking/exchange/financial institution operations. The ideal candidate should possess a Chartered Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant (CMA) certification, coupled with expertise in audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting onsite inspections of members, often in conjunction with SEBI, adhering to strict timelines, with an average of 5-6 inspections monthly
  • Fostering compliance awareness among members by sharing mandatory compliance requirements and best practices
  • Preparing and verifying inspection reports and checklists, submitting accurate data to the exchange post-inspection, ensuring precise alignment between checklists and reports
  • Visiting and inspecting authorized persons of members
  • Organizing member compliance workshops to ensure seamless understanding and execution
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in audit procedures
  • Knowledge and comprehension of Exchange ecosystem and operations
  • Familiarity with current accounting and audit principles, policies, and internal controls
