Strategic Leasing Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Leasing Operations Manager to lead leasing-related activities from inception to close, ensuring seamless site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective lease transactions and agreements through negotiation and review.
  • Manage daily activities of the leasing operations department, prioritizing tasks and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Certification in retail leasing (optional).
  • 5+ years of experience in leasing operations or a related field.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Personal Characteristics:

  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to change.
