The Role

As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income.

You will identify potential tenants and negotiate lease agreements renewals and expansions.

Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, retail chains and brokers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and retail sector developments to guide leasing decisions.

Collaborate with marketing and operations team to plan tenant mix, promotional events and mall positioning.

Review and approve lease terms, conditions and legal documentation in coordination with the legal team.

Manage tenant onboarding, space handovers and ensure adherence to lease compliance.

Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, market insights and forecast revenue.

Lead and mentor the leasing team to achieve set targets and improve operational efficiency.
