Responsibilities -

  • Oversee day to day mall operations.
  • Liaise with tenants to address concerns, improve coordination and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  • Support leasing activities by coordinating with the leasing team.
  • Plan and execute mall level promotions, festive decorations and events to drive foot fall.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the mall.
  • Lead and manage mall staff across departments.

Qualifications - MBA from A listed colleges. 5-8 years of experience in mall or retail facility management
