Strategic Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our operations and sustainability solutions team.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with existing rules and regulations for brands
- Standardize formats according to government, brand or regulatory requirements
- Document collections and verification as per commitments given to brands
- Proactively follow up with key brands and stakeholders associated with the organization
- Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Pursue strategic and operational objectives
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large team in a time-sensitive environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution. They will partner with cross-functional support teams to improve processes and work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in handling operations
- Past experience in the waste management field is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects at once
- Strong interpersonal skills with solid ability to persuade others, build consensus and work in a team
