Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager

Overview of the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering Centre in Pune as a Strategic Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Centre and ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing workloads and planning future activities to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate norms and managing costs to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in operations management. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
