Job Title

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.

About the Role

This representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers by making outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research at scheduled intervals to gather insights.
  • Customer Retention: Increase customer retention amongst existing users.
Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Work Ethic: A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Interest: Interest in sales and healthcare technology.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role of about 3-5 years.
