S. Role OverviewWe're hiring our first full-cycle Account Executive to drive pipeline and close deals with mid-market & enterprise developers, brokerages, and construction firms.
Prior metaverse or immersive tech sales experience is mandatory. Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and build a full sales pipeline via outbound (, email, calls) and inbound channelsDeliver live demos using interactive virtual propertiesLead discovery sessions and value-based presentations to key decision-makersDesign and propose pilot engagements with clear KPIs (e.g., conversion, engagement)Close deals and negotiate contracts delivering both business and technical ROIMaintain accurate forecasts and activity tracking in CRM (Hub Spot/Salesforce)Collect client feedback to help refine product messaging and roadmapMeet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets Must-Have Qualifications3–7 years of quota-carrying B2 B Saa S or Prop Tech salesProven experience selling metaverse, VR/AR, digital twin, or immersive platformsStrong track record closing mid-market or enterprise deals (~60–90 day sales cycle)Skilled in consultative selling with both business and tech stakeholdersAbility to articulate emotional and business benefits—e.g., accelerated sales, brand differentiationHunter mentality: proactive prospecting, resilient follow-up, strong objection handlingExcellent storytelling skills, especially through virtual/digital demo experiencesBonus ExperienceDeep understanding of real estate, construction, or developer ecosystems in India or the U.
