Customer Service Technical Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Technical Specialist to join our team at Strategi Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer and sales support activities, including order processing, quotations, and sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing customer complaints recording and responding to inquiries within set response times.
- Monitoring and controlling materials issued for customer trials and following up on actions.
- Coordinating logistics for import and local purchases, including assignment of leads and payment follow-up.
- Inspecting materials prior to dispatch and ensuring timely response to customer inquiries.
- Managing customer databases, creating business proposals, and providing ISO and order process flow training to new team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
