Inside Sales Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team at HappyLocate.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customers with product and service information, managing end-to-end customer lifecycle, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Manage end-to-end customer life cycle
- Excellent on negotiations
- Responsible for end-to-end lead conversion
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone, live chat, and email
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality service to customers
- Manage escalated service concerns received from customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Document all calls information according to standard operating procedures
- Operate on CRM tools (Freshdesk)
