Job Role:

Seeking a seasoned Strategic Insights Manager to drive comprehensive strategic perspective and provide valuable insights to shape program/brand strategy.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop insight storylines and narratives that guide strategic decisions and optimize market activation.
  • Analyze and evaluate information from research, intelligence, and analytics to create new insights that enable fact-based decision making.
  • Comfortable interpreting market data, including patient analytics, physician analytics, and customer engagement, to make business recommendations and actions.
  • Design and plan all facets of market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics based on a sound understanding of research tools, techniques, and datasets.
  • Proactively investigate and solve for strategic business challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate/postgraduate degree in engineering, pharmacy, medicine, science, statistics, or business-related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical companies and/or strategic marketing or healthcare consultancy companies.
  • Superior analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for analyzing and visualizing data.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and facilitating cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
