We are seeking an accomplished Learning Experience Designer II to drive the creation, execution, and management of effective training and communication strategies for our organization.

This pivotal role demands a self-driven individual with exceptional business acumen, strong communication skills, and planning/program management expertise. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and quality while demonstrating a capacity to innovate and move quickly.

The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts, channel leads, product, engineering, and other stakeholders to craft impactful content, training approaches, and manage communications for launches, enhancements, and improvements.

This position requires a seasoned professional knowledgeable in adult learning and instructional design strategies for performance-based outcomes. A good writer/content developer with the ability to convey complex ideas and information in easy-to-read, customer-focused narratives is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive learning design plans incorporating diverse content formats and channels.
  • Anticipate and address AR needs through proactive investigation and education solution development.
  • Lead projects from scoping, research, analysis, design, development, and launch, ensuring clear timelines and effective communication with key partners.
  • Create engaging learning activities, compelling course content, and storyboard prototypes/pilots.
  • Maintain the quality of content across internal team wikis and documents, performing self-reviews and ensuring process adherence.
  • Collaborate with trainers, LXDs, and SMEs to address content gaps, identify target audience training needs, and advocate user experience.
  • Design and develop supporting materials/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games) to enhance the learning process.
  • Establish modes of assessment (tests, quizzes) to measure course effectiveness.

About You:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Instructional Design, curriculum development.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience conducting training needs analyses to identify core problems and achieve desired business results.
  • Familiarity with online training development software, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, iSpring, and multimedia tools like Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of industry-trending Learning/Content Management systems like CSOD, WordPress, SuccessFactors.

What We Offer:

An estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and location.
