About the Role

The Artist Associate position serves as a gateway to becoming an Artist Agent, a key figure in shaping and managing an artist's career. As an Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and orchestrating deals within the entertainment industry, leveraging your knowledge of new and existing acting talent. Your primary objective will be to assemble, pitch, and coordinate the talents for various films, web series, and other projects. To excel in this role, you must possess impeccable communication and coordination skills, as well as a deep understanding of the industry and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Representing our exclusive artists (actors) and ensuring impeccable coordination, communication, and time management
  • Building a personal rapport with artists to understand their personality, culture, and working style
  • Executing shoots, travel, commissioned jobs, and logistical requirements for the talent
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with casting agents, film directors, producers, and production houses
  • Negotiating and booking deals for artists, from quotations to complete on-ground management
  • Carrying out all production coordination for artists for shoots and events
  • Strategizing and executing publicist activities on behalf of the talent
Requirements

An ideal candidate should possess:

  • 6-12 months of experience in the entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of Bollywood and its stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strategic planning and thinking skills, with an ability to deliver results
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to go beyond working hours to meet deadlines
  • A strong network within the industry and the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, with a salary of INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are from 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday of the month.
