1862: A groundbreaking branded content and influencer marketing agency with active campaigns in 22 countries and teams in Russia, Poland, Nigeria and Japan.


GCN: The full-service strategic and creative agency at the intersection of advertising, branded content, communication design and social media.


Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Career Mapping: Develop and implement career growth plans for artists, providing 360-degree management support.
  • Brand Deal Execution: Negotiate and execute brand-led deals, ideate on briefs, and build concepts.
  • Day-to-Day Inquiries: Handle incoming and outgoing inquiries for artists across Live, Content, and Brand verticals.
  • Live Touring: Plan and execute live touring plans for artists, negotiate and execute corporate, college, and ticketed shows, and amplify their potential to upscale their gigs.
  • Content Planning: Advise on building content plans, plan year-long supplementary content pieces, and identify and grow a subculture and niche for artists.
  • Team Liaison: Work and liaise with different teams within the company.

Requirements:


  • Excel Skills: Good understanding of Excel basics.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Trend Analysis: Ability to identify and analyze trends and analytics.

Qualifications and Prior Experience:


  • Prior Experience: 1-2 years of prior experience in artist management/A&R or other related roles.
