The Luxury Project Manager plays a central role in ensuring every home is delivered to world-class standards of luxury, on time and without compromise.

This leadership role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of projects—from planning and design coordination to construction, interiors, finishing, and handover.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects from design integration to construction and interiors.
  • Developing and managing detailed project plans to ensure precision, quality, and timely execution.
  • Personally monitoring site progress through daily visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.
  • Resolving execution challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
  • Driving value engineering to optimize costs without diluting design or finish.

For this critical position, we seek an experienced professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 5 years in luxury projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality (villas, resorts, high-end hotels, malls) is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the integration of Project Management, Construction, and Interior Design into a single execution powerhouse.
