Job Opportunity:

Site Engineer for Luxury Projects

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to lead and execute high-end construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments, with a focus on quality, precision, and timely completion.

  • Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor the execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain site records, including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.
  • Analyze engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure the implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.
  • Adhere to strict safety regulations and site protocols.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues on-site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).
  • [2–5] years of relevant experience in site management, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
