Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented interior site engineer to oversee and execute interior works for high-end construction projects.

This role is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, and maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.

Main Tasks
  1. Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.

  3. Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.
  4. Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
RequirementsEssential Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).
  • [2–5] years of relevant experience in interior execution, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management.
Working Conditions

The jobholder will work full-time / On-site.
